Final Changes and Cancellation Policy: Final guest county and all changes are due three (3) days prior to your event. At this point, the contract is final and guaranteed, and will reflect payment due at the time of event. An increase in guest count on the day of the event will result in an increase in amount due based on the per person charge of the event. We will make every accommodation possible for each additional guest, but there is no guarantee of space or food availability. If event is canceled before three (3) days from its scheduled date, Payment will be refunded in full. Any cancellation within (3) days of the scheduled event will result in a forfeiture of payment Coronavirus (COVID-19) Provisions: Cancellation available up to 24 hours of the start of the event. Strike Zone will transfer 100% of the payment on file for rescheduled events to be used as a credit for an event that takes place within (12) months from the original event date. Unless otherwise stated, event payments are non-refundable. Please note the following: No outside food or drink except birthday cake/cupcake if you have a birthday party scheduled. *
