Reservations Terms & Conditions: Final Changes and Cancellation Policy: An increase in guest count on the day of the event will result in an increase in amount due based on the per person charge of your reservation. We will make every accommodation possible for each additional guest, but there is no guarantee of space. Any cancellation within (3) days of the scheduled event will result in a forfeiture of the initial deposit. Coronavirus (COVID-19) Provisions: Cancellation available up to 24 hours of the start of the event. Strike Zone will transfer 100% of the payment on file for rescheduled events to be used as a credit for an event that takes place within (12) months from the original event date. Unless otherwise stated, event payments are non-refundable. Please note the following: No outside food or drink is allowed! To bring in a birthday cake, customers must purchase a birthday package.
